Shipping policy
All earrings, necklaces, bracelets and key rings on our website are already made and ready to go. I aim to ship these with in 1-2 days, however I do also have a full time job and sometimes things may take a bit longer, therefore please allow 5 workings days. If something is needed urgently please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Items that a made to order please allow 2-3 weeks for your to be shipped. I will contact you with an expected shipping date once the order has been received.
COSTS - shipping is available within the UK for a flat fee of £3.99. I offer free delivery on orders over £50. All orders are sent "signed for" so the package can be tracked. Those that live locally can collect their orders from CH49 1TB free of charge.
Netopia Gifts is not responsible for any postage delays.
I am unable to ship internationally at this time.
CUSTOM ORDERS - I accept custom orders, if you would to discuss anything please message me.
CHECKOUT - As most of my items are one off pieces this may mean that someone else may have the same item in their basket at the same time. This however means that the item is not reserved until payment has been received.
RETURNS - I offer a 14 day returns policy if the item is return undamaged and unused in the original packaging. I do not offer returns on earrings (for hygiene reasons) or any personalised items.
I do not offer exchanges. Refunds apply only to full priced items (not sale items).
You will be responsible for the postage costs on any returned items. (shipping costs are non refundable). If you receive a refund the return shipping cost will be deducted for your refund.
If you need to return an item please email me (netopiagifts@yahoo.com) to start the returns process.Once your item has been received and inspected we will contact you and process the refund within 5 workings days back to the original payment method.
in the unlikely event that your purchase arrives defected or damaged (sorry to hear this!) or you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact me immediately and I will try and rectify any problem you may have. Customer satisfaction is at the forefront of my business.
